BR Precision Rotary Table 400 ( Mechanically Operated) : These tables are very useful for every work shop where accurate rotary movement is called for. They are principally used for milling sectors of circles, drilling, slotting and shaping as well as circular dividing operations. The large Transmissions Ratio ( 1 : 120 ) offers high Dividing Accuracy.
The equipment is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron with Brinell hardness of 180 and precisely machined, hand scrapped to close to tolerances.
The rotary table as the Eccentric type, where as it can be divided or rotated to at quick operation, the work piece must be aligned with respect to center bore clamped in 'T' slots.
Dividing is done by means of hand wheel or knurled knob which operates the worm and worm wheel. The table is graduated from 0° to 360° fordirect setting and with the graduated collar on the worm, the dividing can be done up to 2 minutes of an arc.
