B.R.Precision Height Adjustable Tail stock : This model is used because of tolerance build up, it would be just about impossible to offer a tail stock that was perfectly on center with the indexing head, rotary table or right angle attachment combination, The solution offered here is a modification of our standard tail stock which allows it to be adjusted to exactly line up with the center of the rotary table in order to allow for perfect alignment between the rotary table with the tail stock while holding long parts between centers.
In this tail stock advantages are robust in use, The base plate is attached to the tail stock for enhancing the height of the tail stock (as shown in Fig.) Rigid screws are locked to the base plate through the tail stock, for adjusting or to elongate the height of the tail stock screws are to be tighten for minor adjustments in height while making your set up. Tenon slots are ground, Spindle is hardened and ground.
